INSURANCE
Please not, any cross border consignments are done at owners own risk. If you do require insurance on the goods it must please be specified upon booking, we do require the value you would like the goods to be insured for and it will be invoiced for separately.

PAYMENT
All non account holders - Full payment to be made upfront, Zambia, Zimbabwe, DRC, Angola, Mozambique and Namiba - 50% upon loading and 50% upon receipt of POD. Lesotho, Swaziland and Botswana - within 7 (seven) days of receipt of POD 

CLEARING
Nominated clearing agents to please be advised upon loading, with all contact details. If you do not have clearing agents, we will be able to do clearing for you at a set rate, which will be invoiced for separately.

DEMURRAGE
Your first 48 hours are free at the border, thereafter standing time will be levied. Should any problems arise at the loading / delivery point to interrupt or delay the delivery of the load, a standard rate  per day will be charged.  The rate will be dependant on the.size of the vehicle
